Subsequent ordinary assessment

A subsequent ordinary assessment is the procedure that can pull a person taxed at source into an ordinary return. The pillar 3a deduction is not inside the withholding scale. It becomes concrete mainly when that assessment applies.

Does paying a 3a lower withholding tax by itself?+

No. The scale does not contain the deduction. The assessment, where it applies, is the moment it shows up.
