1. Controller
comparateur-3eme-pilier.ch collects contact data when you use the forms. Contact: info@comparateur-3eme-pilier.ch.
2. Data collected
Identity, email, phone, canton, work situation, pension details you type, message, date and time, and minimal technical logs such as an IP address. There is no card field.
3. Purposes
- Answer a contact or comparison request.
- Pass the file to a partner adviser to prepare offers. Not a sale of the file.
- Keep proof of consent and a lead journal.
- Improve the site if an audience tool is later switched on.
4. Legal basis
The Federal Act on Data Protection. Processing serves your request and the running of the service. Consent is asked before the file goes to a partner. You refuse it by not sending the form.
5. Recipients
The site team, the host, and the partner who prepares the comparison. Data is not resold. The user is not charged a fee for the offers.
6. Retention
Requests are kept for the handling, then archived in a limited way for accounting and proof. Pieces with a legal reach can be kept up to 10 years in practice. Otherwise they are deleted sooner.
7. Rights
Access, correction, deletion, surrender, objection. Write to info@comparateur-3eme-pilier.ch. Authority: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
8. Cookies
This rebuilt site does not embed Google Analytics or a tag manager by default. Strictly necessary session cookies may be set. If an audience tool is added later, this page will be updated.
9. Security
HTTPS, restricted access to lead logs, and an anti-bot field. No security is absolute.
